As a Longboat Key Family Photographer, there's nothing I love more than a day spent on the beach capturing memories of a beautiful family! The Guimond family is new to the area, and I was thrilled to hear that one of our amazing clients recommended them to Sandhill Photography when they mentioned they needed some family pictures. When mom, Stefanie, reached out to me wanting pictures on the beach, we decided that Beer Can Island on Longboat Key would be the perfect place for their family's photography session. They have 3 amazing children, and boy oh boy did they enjoy this wild and rugged beach! They laughed, they jumped, they climbed on ALL the trees, and I never heard one cross word from any of them. Mom and Dad did a great job too, and we made sure to capture some sweet moments of the two of them. Even Grandma joined us for the family fun and got some beautiful (and FUN, because that's the kind of Grandma she is!) pictures with the grand kids. Their blue and yellow color scheme was perfect against the waves and driftwood, and worked beautifully with the soft lighting provided by the cloudy sky.
